According to the revenue records, the Hill is located in survey numbers 340 & 343 of Owe village, under the taluka, and district of Raigad, and is currently under the ownership of CIDCO. According to the Navi Mumbai Development Plan, the majority of this area is classified as a Regional Park Zone (RPZ), with only a small portion falling within the Residential Zone. The area under the RPZ measures approximately 3.4987 hectares, whereas the area within the Residential Zone covers a mere 0.0044 hectares or 44 square meters.

At present, the project location can be reached via a village road. On the other hand, there is a suggestion to link the location with the current 24-meter wide road through a planned 9.5-meter wide road. The distance between the proposed Kharghar Metro Station and the site will be approximately 2.5 KM. The site will also be around 3.5 KM away from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and 14 KM away from the long-distance railway station in Panvel.
