Which Service Provider is Better?
Well, both Service Providers are doing absolutely good business concerning problems faced by daily commuters, but still, we found some usability issues while exploring both platforms that make one service provider better than the other.
Fare Charges and Payment Terms:
Surprisingly, booking for the same location(Kharghar to Powai) fares of Mylo are cheaper than CityFlo but with a catch., if you book a single ride then the cost of travel will be somewhere around 180Rs, and if you book 5+ rides directly the cost will reduce to 175Rs per ride, same goes with 11+ rides at 170Rs per ride and 21+ rides at 160Rs per ride., which is quite interesting because if you are a frequent traveler in the same route you can enjoy discounted rate fares.
But at the same time, the payment of Mylo is a major drawback as it only allows payment through its app wallet feature, and once the amount from your bank gets deposited in your wallet it cannot be reversed which means you cannot transfer it back to your bank account if you don’t wish to take services further.
